Student booking process
GO TO WWW.IACSAFETYSERVICES.COM.AU
Click on ‘UPCOMING EVENTS’
Search for your training course using:
The ‘JUMP MONTHS’ button; or
By selecting your class type from the drop-down menu and clicking ‘SEARCH’.
Choose your training course. Date, location and availability are shown on the top level. For more information on class cost, course length and available units, click the information button.
To book, click the ‘Book Now’ button.
Two choices will appear:
Individual Bookings – For those NOT associated with a company.
Company Bookings – For Self Employed students or those associated with a company.
Choose the option that best suits you.
Read & agree to the listed documents. Click ‘NEXT>>’.
Fill out company details & number of students (NOTE: Individual Bookings will skip this step).
Fill out Student Details.
If you’re an existing student, insert your ‘IAC Student No’ & ‘Date of Birth’ then click ‘Verify’. This will automatically fill out the student’s details .
Click ‘+ ADD NEXT STUDENT’, if required.
Once complete, read and agree to the declaration. Then click ‘NEXT>>’.
Confirm your Booking Details.
If correct, click ‘SUBMIT BOOKING’. This will open an NAB payment form.
NOTE: You have the option to ‘Enter Purchase Order’.
Complete your payment by filling out the required fields.
Once complete a receipt will be displayed. Clicking the link will take you to the STUDENT BOOKING SUCCESS page on the IAC site.
What happens next?
You’ll receive a Tentative Booking Confirmation via email.
IAC will confirm your details and training history. Once confirmed, a Booking Confirmation email will be sent with all relevant course information.
